Brydge iPad keyboards available now for Kiwi students

Brydge has released new wireless keyboards in New Zealand for secondary and tertiary students who want to turn their iPad into an education and productivity tool.

Designed for the iPad Air or iPad Mini, the keyboards are light, small and sport an Apple-inspired design with an aluminium body. They come in three colours – gold, silver and space grey.

According to Brydge, the key benefit of these keyboards is that they eliminate the need for the on-screen iPad keyboard and free up the screen space for viewing.

They have a 180-degree hinge, responsive back-lit keys and a rechargeable battery with a 3-month life. The BrydgeAir models also have in-built speakers. When closed, the keyboard functions as a protective cover for the iPad screen.

The BrydgeMini is the latest addition to the range, and has been receiving positive reviews. This product makes the iPad mini a device that can be used for ‘serious work’, according to the company.

Extra small and light enough to fit in any shoulder bag, an iPad mini with BrydgeMini keyboard becomes a mini laptop to take to lectures or tutorials.

With the release of the iPad Pro, the BrydgePro is expected to hit the shelves in New Zealand in April this year, according to the company.

Designed to partner the latest iPad, the keyboard includes features that expands the options and user experience, according to Brydge.

The company won the GottaBeMobile’s Excellence Award for ‘Best iPad Accessory’ at CES 2016 at for the new BrydgePro keyboard.

Brydge products are available online at the Brydge Keyboards webpage and in-store at Harvey Norman, Noel Leeming, PBtech and Yoobee with a RRP of BrydgeAir $249.95 and the BrydgeMini $219.95.
